## Dt. Ümit Bora PARLAK

He was born in Çorlu in 1976. He completed his primary, secondary, and high school education in Çorlu. He graduated from the Faculty of Dentistry at Istanbul University in 1998. He fulfilled his military service at the İzmir Gaziemir Transportation Training Command as a reserve officer dentist.

In 2001, he opened his own private practice and began working as a self-employed dentist. In 2011, he co-founded Beyaz Oral and Dental Health Polyclinic and served as the responsible medical director.

Throughout his active professional career, he enhanced his expertise by participating in numerous seminars, courses, and congresses on new techniques and treatments. He also took part in training programs and scientific studies on implantology and aesthetic dentistry in various European countries.

In 2016, he completed his master’s degree in oral implantology at Università degli Studi Guglielmo Marconi in Italy by submitting his graduation thesis titled “Magnetic Mallet Device Usage in Sinus Elevation Procedures via Crestal Approach.”

He primarily treats cases involving advanced surgical techniques, implant procedures, and treatments where aesthetics are at the forefront. He is married and has one child.

In 2023, he realized a long-standing dream by launching an independent, detached, and fully integrated Oral and Dental Health Polyclinic project. By further expanding his team and pushing the boundaries of today’s technological possibilities, he continues to serve as the responsible medical director at BEYAZ ORAL AND DENTAL HEALTH POLYCLINIC.

## Dt. Yunus Emre YILDIRIM

I was born in Gaziantep in 1999. I graduated as the top student from an Anatolian High School and became the first-place winner of the Gaziantep Biology Olympiads. In 2018, I began my studies at the Faculty of Dentistry at Gaziantep University and graduated in 2022.

After starting my professional career at a private clinic in Gaziantep, I relocated to Çorlu, Tekirdağ following the earthquake. Since 2023, I have been working at Çorlu Private Beyaz Oral and Dental Health Polyclinic. I continue to develop my expertise through various courses and seminars, particularly in aesthetic dentistry, prosthodontics, and surgical procedures.

## Dt. Emirhan AVŞAR

I was born in 2001 in Afyonkarahisar, Türkiye. I graduated from Afyonkarahisar Anadolu Öğretmen High School in 2019.
In 2019, I started my dental education at Uşak University Faculty of Dentistry. In 2020, I transferred to Selçuk University Faculty of Dentistry through a horizontal transfer program and successfully completed my education there. I graduated from Selçuk University Faculty of Dentistry in 2025.
Since December 2025, I have been working as a Dentist at Beyaz Ağız ve Diş Sağlığı Polikliniği. I am highly motivated to continuously improve my clinical skills and professional knowledge in order to provide high-quality dental care and enhance patients’ smiles.

## Dt. Elif UZUN

I was born in Istanbul in 2001.
I graduated from Ankara Matfen Anatolian High School in 2019. In the same year, I began my undergraduate studies at the Faculty of Dentistry at Near East University and successfully graduated in 2024.

Throughout my professional education, I participated in various theoretical and practical training programs to advance my clinical knowledge and skills. I completed hands-on training in Botox applications, enhancing my expertise in the field of dentistry. In addition, I gained comprehensive clinical experience with diverse patient groups by attending case-based sessions in pediatric dentistry and prosthetic dental treatments.

In the early stages of my career, I worked at Aqua Dental Clinic and Private Medine Coşkun Oral and Dental Health Practice, where I actively developed my skills in patient communication and clinical procedures.

As of March 2026, I have been working as a dentist at Beyaz Oral and Dental Health Polyclinic. I continue to pursue my professional development by closely following current treatment approaches, with a strong commitment to patient satisfaction and ethical values.

## Dt. Sencer Esmaeili Dizaj

I was born in Istanbul in 1997.
After completing my high school education abroad, I returned to Istanbul for my university studies.

In 2015, I began my education at the Faculty of Dentistry at Istanbul Medipol University and graduated in 2021.

Following my graduation, I had the opportunity to work in Istanbul and continued my professional development by gaining experience in different fields of dentistry. Since April 2026, I have been providing dental services at Beyaz Oral and Dental Health Polyclinic.

In my professional practice, I prioritize patient satisfaction, up-to-date treatment approaches, and continuous self-improvement. I remain committed to enhancing my knowledge and skills in order to provide healthy and aesthetic smiles for my patients.
